Last month, The Orchard officially kicked off the ELEVATE program. CEPA (Council for Equity & Progressive Action), in collaboration with Creative Outreach, designed ELEVATE to increase employee retention and elevation of diverse, high performers. ELEVATE will provide participants with tools, training, and guidance to cultivate their business acumen and prepare them for senior management and executive-level roles.
Candidates participated in an in-depth application and competitive selection process across the global offices, to identify the inaugural cohort and their respective mentors. The cohort, composed of 14 participants, will spend the next year learning, growing, and developing into an inspiring class of leaders. With participants and mentors spanning the U.S., Canada, Mexico, UK, Sweden, India, and Singapore, the program truly has a global impact. The 3-day leadership intensive kickoff included remarks from our CEO, Brad Navin, the “Getting From Here to There” Conversation series with executives across different industries, and an introspective deep dive into the participants’ interpersonal skills and intercultural competencies.
