On June 6, The Orchard and CEPA (Council for Equity & Progressive Action), in collaboration with Creative Outreach celebrated the second graduating class from the ELEVATE Program. This cohort of emerging leaders came together in NYC to mark the completion of a rigorous journey of growth, development, and achievement.
“I gained more of an understanding of what I want, which has informed the things I need to do to turn those wants into achievable goals. . I used to set goals because they sounded good, but never thought abouthow and if they would help me get where I want to be.” – 2023/2024 Cohort Member
Over the past year, eight participants have immersed themselves in transformative professional development training, built their business acumen, and interacted with senior leaders in the industry (including speakers from SMG, The Orchard, Publicis Media, and Hecho Studios). As we take a look back on graduation, we are inspired by the many possibilities this cohort will bring to The Orchard.
To the graduates: Congratulations! You should all be proud of the investments you made in yourselves. Your hard work and dedication will lead to elevation in your life professionally and personally. Remember the resources that were shared with you and be sure to pay it forward!
