Jack White – Entering Heaven Alive (Third Man Records)
A 12-time Grammy® Award-winner and one of the great rock conceptualists of the 21st century, Jack White returns with his fifth studio album, Entering Heaven Alive. Staying true to his roots, this record was recorded at White’s Third Man Studio throughout 2021, mastered by Third Man Mastering, and released by Third Man Records. Entering Heaven Alive is White’s second album of 2022, following Fear Of The Dawn which peaked at #4 on the U.S. Billboard Albums Chart. Xdinary Heroes – Hello World! (JYP Entertainment)
K-band Xdinary Heroes is a six-member boy band currently consisting of Gun-il, Jungsu, Gaon, O.de, Jun Han, and Jooyeon. The band made their debut on December 6, 2021 with their digital single “Happy Death Day”, which amassed over 23 million streams on Spotify. Their brand new album Hello World!, which is a reference to the first step in learning a programming language, depicts the story of six members who lived their lives by taking the first step toward ‘♭form’. The so-called “outsiders”, Gun-il, Jungsu, Gaon, O.de, Jun Han, and Jooyeon, gather on the online music platform ‘♭form’ where they transform into heroes on stage. Containing an eclectic mix of six tracks, the album takes fans on an emotional journey with the band as they watch, listen, and feel the pursuit of new possibilities. With their extraordinary music and unique visual concepts, Xdinary Heroes is on its way to becoming the Gen-Z representative K-band.
Tamela Mann – Overcomer (Deluxe)
Contemporary gospel singer and Grammy® Award-winner Tamela Mann is well known for her heartfelt lyrics and strong and powerful vocals. Her latest release, Overcomer (Deluxe), is an impressive collection of songs that bring listeners on a journey with Tamela as she goes through the highs and lows of life. Mann’s new updated deluxe version of Overcomer is an anthem of powerful messages that are sure to inspire fans. They’ll hear a newfound sense of authority and urgency in her music because she’s lived these songs and wants to share the strength and purpose she’s found. The album was heavily inspired by Tamela’s personal journey in seeking God’s love after she went through numerous physical challenges, including double knee replacement surgery and a dramatic wellness journey, as well as emotional stress from the pandemic and political and racial upheaval.
