In honor of Black History Month in the United States, The Orchard is hosting a panel to discuss Black entrepreneurs and their impact on the music industry. At the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce, panelists will discuss the opportunities and challenges faced throughout their career and the importance of economic empowerment. 

The panel will be moderated by Naledi Nyahuma Seck (VP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, The Orchard). Panel speakers include J Erving (EVP of Creative Development of The Orchard & Founder of Human Re Sources), Noelle Scaggs (Artist & Founder of Diversify the Stage), Norman Gyamfi (Founder/Owner of Undivided Entertainment, Tribl Records, Doxology Creative, Maverick City Music) and Mari Arionne Davies (Vice President of Booking and Talent, Live Nation Urban).
