The Orchard – Nashville Celebrates AMERICANAFEST

The Orchard – Nashville Celebrates AMERICANAFEST

After a hot summer in Music City, September marked a cool opportunity for The Orchard team in Nashville to celebrate AMERICANAFEST.

The 23rd annual AMERICANAFEST took place September 19th-23 in Nashville, TN and featured five full days of amazing music, education, and camaraderie. The Orchard team had the pleasure of attending dozens of events, panels and exclusive performances that brought together thousands of artists, fans, and industry professionals from around the globe. The festival’s conference hub was at The Westin Hotel where Nashville Senior Director of Marketing, Margaret Jacobi Lee, spoke on one such panel focused on offering insights on marketing strategy in an ever-changing musical environment.

Venues like The Blue Room at Third Man Records, The Basement, and The City Winery were jam-packed with supporters and the sounds of songs we all know and love.

The Orchard – Nashville hosted a garden party mixer at their office near Music Row to kick off AMERICANAFEST on Sept. 19. The team was thrilled to welcome artist and label partners to their cozy office for food, drinks, and merriment..

Each year the Americana Music Association highlights the work of several distinguished members of the music community at the AMERICANAFEST Awards at Ryman Auditorium. This year at the Awards on Sept 20, Nickel Creek received the Lifetime Achievement Award while fans and artists alike came together in honor of Bettye Lavette as the 2023 recipient of The Legacy of Americana Award.

For 23 years the Americana Music Association has continued to offer a platform for thousands of talented individuals, and we are proud to participate in the legacy of AMERICANAFEST. The city awaits its imminent return September 17-21, 2024. The Orchard team in Nashville is grateful for the dynamic Americana artists we are privileged to work with, inspiring us every day and are proud to be one of the 45 global Orchard offices working to empower creators worldwide.
