Growing up in the 12th district of Paris, USKY was raised in a cross-cultural environment by a Franco-Lebanese father and Tunisian mother. On the shoulders of his father, USKY began attending shows at a young age, developing a passion for live music. At just nine-years-old he was drawn to rap and hip-hop culture, and by 18 decided it was time to make the shift from spectator to artist. This time he would be the one on stage.
His musical style spans beyond genre expectations. With a mixture of Rap, R&B, Soul, and even a hint of Rock, USKY has concocted a successful recipe resulting in millions of streams for previous projects, Porte Dorée Saison 1, 2 and 3.
Last month USKY dropped a three-song EP titled Trilogy featuring danceable and thoughtful tracks “Kill Bill,” “Ego,” and “Maria.” Created alongside his sound engineer while in lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, USKY states, “This EP is a summer love, a short love story when you meet a girl during vacations and you know that you’ll never see each other again.”

While this EP marks the end of one phase of the French artist’s journey, plans are already in the works for the next chapter of his career with an LP on the horizon. The Orchard is eager to support him on this mission.
