Mychelle – Someone Who Knows (FAMM)
Hackney-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist Mychelle presents her sophomore EP Someone Who Knows. Across six tracks, Someone Who Knows spans sounds and influences from indie-pop, acoustic folk, R&B, and soul. The new project arrives nearly a year after her critically-acclaimed debut EP Closure, which garnered praise from The Fader, CLASH, The Independent, DORK, The Line Of Best Fit, Euphoria Zine, M-Magazine, and Noctis. On the meditative yet uplifting song “Pressure,” Mychelle said “I wrote the song during lockdown. A time when it was easy to feel like you weren’t doing enough. I kept thinking about what I needed to tell myself and I realized, there’s no need to apply so much pressure on myself. I just need to be and not allow myself to be so consumed by everything around me.”

Inside Out is the fourth album from the UK Grammy Award-Winning electronic artist, producer, & songwriter Tourist. In his career, Tourist (whose real name is William Phillips) co-wrote Sam’s Smith “Stay With Me” and has created remixes for The Weekend, Swedish House Mafia, Christine and The Queens, Wolf Alice. Tourist’s Inside Out is a “dance album about death, and perhaps more importantly life,” he states. “In April 2020, I lost one of my closest friends very suddenly. It was also the month I found out I was going to have a daughter. SIMONA – MIMO (Yuukii Records SL)
Argentina-born and Spain-based artist SIMONA releases her new EP MIMO via Yuukii Records. The 5-track EP features songs such as “FRESH” and “VINO Y BLUNT,” a blend of bossa nova, Brazilian funk, and dream pop. SIMONA is a fast-rising artist on the scene. Earlier this year, SIMONA was named a global ambassador for the Spotify RADAR Program. She was also added to the ticket for Lollapalooza Argentina 20222 and Sónar Barcelona 2022.
