The Orchard continues to expand our Latin roster with new deals from Norteño to Musica Mexicana.
Grupo Intocable, the legendary and wildly successful Norteño group has entered into a global distribution agreement with The Orchard. Therefore, Intocable’s new recordings will now be released with support from The Orchard. Intocable recently regained the rights to their seminal releases Classic (2009), En Peligro de Extinción (2013), XX Aniversario – En Vivo (2015), Highway (2016), Percepción (2019) , and Texican (2020), which will now also be distributed by The Orchard.
Intocable’s commitment to its past, present and future remains undisputed, as we celebrate the group’s 30th anniversary with the recently released album Modus Operandi.
Another exciting partnership, Worms Music, an independent Mexican music label based in Los Angeles and founded by Herminio Morales, has recently inked a global distribution deal with The Orchard.
Over the past decade, Worms has played a pivotal role in advancing the corrido movement. The label’s current roster features artists such as Los Plebes de La Cuadra, Los Mentados de Culiacan, Banda Playa Grande, El Wiko, Banda Kora, Jessie Morales “El Original de la Sierra,” and Jorge Morales “El Jilguero.”
Worms comes to The Orchard with the goal of amplifying their music, including an extensive catalog, on a global scale. By working closely with partners in LA and Mexico, Worms will have the benefit of local support while also gaining access to The Orchard’s global network of services and distribution channels. We are looking forward to working with Worms on all releases, both old and new (including, notably, the early works of Peso Pluma!).
The Orchard is honored to have a role in the further growth of Intocable and Worms Music.
