The Orchard is saddened by the passing of beloved friend, colleague, and business partner, David Balfour. Since his diagnosis in 2015, David fought MND (motor neuron disease) with courage and positivity. David was passionate about music and dedicated over 20 years to his career in the industry, invigorating the independent music community with his insightful reporting diligence for publications such as Record Of The Day and Music Week. Many are honored to have worked with him during his time at finetunes.
