The 65th Annual GRAMMY® Awards, also known as the biggest night in music, made its way to the Crypto.com arena in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, February 5, 2023. The ceremony featured stellar performances from our distributed artists, elegant appearances from presenters and those attending, and touching acceptance speeches. Congratulations to our distributed partners on 8 wins at this year’s GRAMMY® Awards!
Randy Rainbow (Broadway Records) hosted the pre-show where TRIBL Records artist and American worship collective, Maverick City Music (Maverick City Music & Kirk Franklin; Kirk Franklin, Nicole Hannel, Jonathan Jay, Brandon Lake & Hannah Shackelford, songwriters) won Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for “Fear Is Not My Future.” They also won Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for their album titled Breathe.
At the main event, host Trevor Noah introduced Rimas Entertainment artist Bad Bunny who opened the show with a performance of hits “El Apagón” and “Después de La Playa.” Bad Bunny was awarded Best Música Urbana Album for Un Verano Sin Ti.
Several artists paid tribute to the passing of artists in the music world who were lost in the past year, including Quavo and Maverick City music who honored the late Takeoff with a performance of “Without You” and “See You Again.”
