The winners for the 26th annual Latin GRAMMYs have been revealed! This year’s award ceremony took place on Thursday, November 13th in Las Vegas, Nevada. Congratulations to The Orchard distributed labels and partners on 8 wins! The night featured performances by Bad Bunny (Rimas Entertainment) and Grupo Frontera (BorderTown Records).
Rimas Entertainment artist Bad Bunny achieved 5 wins across multiple categories, including Album of the Year, Best Urban/Urban Fusion Performance, Best Reggaeton Performance, and Best Urban Music Album, and Best Urban Song.
Copar Music artist Julión Álvarez y su Norteño Banda won Best Banda Album for 4218. This album plays an important significance for the artist given the 42 in the title represents the age he is this year and 18 represents the length in years of his musical career.
Bague Productions inc dba Oleta Music artists Kerreke and Daniela Padrón, won the award for Best Folk Album for Joropango. The project fused together the traditional sounds of Colombia, México, and Venezuela with a contemporary and vibrant approach.
