2021 iHeartRadio Music Award Nominations Have Arrived

2021 iHeartRadio Music Award Nominations Have Arrived

This year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards have been announced, including many of the biggest names in music. The award show is scheduled to take place May 27th at 8PM ET on Fox or for radio listening on iHeartRadio. There are seven fan-voted categories, so be sure to cast your votes here (up to 50 times per day!?).

In the running for Best Duo/Group of the Year, as well as three voted categories, is none other than BIGHIT MUSIC global pop icons BTS. BTS are in the running for the third year for the socially voted category of Best Fan Army. The group is currently the reigning champ, having won this category the past two years in a row. You can also vote for BTS for Best Music Video for “Dynamite.”

It’s no surprise to find Rimas Entertainment’s artist Bad Bunny among the list of nominees. The global sensation is in the running for Latin Pop/Reggaeton Artist of the Year as well as for Latin Pop/Reggaeton Song of the Year for the 24x Platinum single “DAKITI” feat. Jhay Cortez. This nomination comes just a few weeks after Bad Bunny’s performance at the GRAMMYs where he also took home the award for Best Latin Pop or Urban Album of the Year for YHLQMDLG

Another familiar name across the music award circuit is Ozuna. The Aura Music artist is nominated for two iHeartRadio Music Awards including Latin Pop/Reggaeton Song of the Year for “Carmelo” and Latin Pop/Reggaeton Artist of the Year

Returning to the nominees list for the first time since 2018, Edwin Luna y La Trakalosa de Monterrey is certainly familiar with global recognition. Nominated for Regional Mexican Artist of the Year, Edwin Luna is well known for selling out massive venues across Mexico and has received multiple Platinum and Gold certification for releases such as “Fijate Que Si.”
