Jay Andino Heads The Orchard’s Urban DivisionThe Orchard is excited to welcome Jay Andino as Vice President of the newly established Urban Division!

The Urban Division is the latest addition to The Orchard’s artist and label services offering. It is also the company’s first genre-specific department.

Jay joins The Orchard from 300 Entertainment, where he worked as Director of National Urban and Rhythm Promotions. At 300, Jay promoted records by Young Thug, Fetty Wap, Migos and more under Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles. Previously, Jay had a run at Interscope Records, pushing campaigns for artists including Kendrick Lamar, Rae Sremmurd and Eminem.

As the faction’s lead, Jay will shape the Urban Division and manage all relationships with key artists and labels within the genre. In his own words:

“I am extremely excited to be working with the great collection of experienced and developing talent at The Orchard to build this new Urban Music Division,” Andino said. “We are in a unique position to extend a global value proposition to our label partners and future signings.”
