Author, entertainer, actress, entrepreneur, wife and mother, Tamela Mann, is one of the top Gospel artists of our time. At No.11 on Billboard’s Year-End charts, Mann’s latest single “Touch From You,” is now nominated for Outstanding Gospel/Christian Song.
Nathan Mitchell’s album Nathan Mitchell Presents: Donny, Duke, and Wonder is nominated for Outstanding Jazz Album – Vocal. The album, released last October via ENM Music Group, is a retelling of timeless classics originally coined by Donny Hathaway, George Duke, and Stevie Wonder. Mitchell’s renditions serve a modern take, mixing smooth jazz with funk, blended with his signature energy.
Another superb Jazz album has made the list, this time in the Instrumental category. Christian Sands’ Be Water is in the running for Outstanding Jazz Album – Instrumental. The Mack Avenue release continues to see recognition across a variety of jazz honors including the single “Be Water II” which is currently in the running for a GRAMMY Award for Best Instrumental Composition.
